The AT-35 and AT-35-S tapers incorporate a full range of advanced features into a compact taper module specifically engineered for easy integration. Open construction at the load area provides clear access for pick/place heads from both front and rear.
The touch screen HMI display set up can be remotely mounted onto your control panel and cable connected to the AT-35 taper. A few straightforward “handshake” signals are all that is needed for communication between your system controller and the AT-35 taper control. No special software is needed for integration.
Tape is indexed pocket-by-pocket with precise stop locations for automated loading. The AT-35 can initially be loaded manually, if necessary, and integrated into a larger, automated production system at a later time.
