The TruView™ Prime can be configured as a generic X-ray inspection system, ideal for use in PCB inspection (BGA and QFN), or it can be configured in a high magnification mode (using a transmissive x-ray source), ideal for semiconductor failure analysis with geometric magnification to 1,000X.

TruView™ Prime R2R
The TruView™ Prime R2R (Reel to Reel) was designed over a decade ago to meet the high-speed, high-accuracy requirements of counterfeit detection. in its 6th generation, this fully automated system images every component on the reel. A customer image comparison algorithm automatically identifies non-conformities to flag potential counterfeited parts in the batch.

From fraud mitigation to seed inspection, the TruView™ Prime S is powered with a large X-ray sensor for an enhanced field of view. This image is married to our custom algorithms for object identification, counting, presence and orientation – and any other analysis you can imagine.
