Dual-solution for higher throughput and feeder capacity

Paradoble consists of two full-fledged Paraquda4 platforms connected in a series. This allows an increased placement speed up to 30’000 components per hour according to IPC. The dual-solution can be equipped with an additional conveyor between the machine parts. This allows the use of feeder slots between the machines – in total 300 to 360 feeders can be installed. Furthermore, production costs can be reduced due to the machine’s easy, quick changeover.

Dispensing on pick-and-place systems

The Paradoble offers the ability to be equipped with a wide variety of dispensing valves for solder paste, adhesives or dam & fill materials. Prototypes are easily assembled without the need of stencils reducing your turnaround time considerably. Expensive stepped stencils can be eliminated with the dispensing of additional solder paste. The software is the same as the high speed jet dispenser Scorpion and offers identical professional high speed dispensing solutions.
