This magazine is specially designed for fully automated assembly lines. Adjustment to PCB width is done in seconds using a patented rack & pinion system.
The FIFO buffer is designed to buffer PCB’s in-line. Due to the shock free operation the buffer can also be used for un-soldered PCB’s.
Automatic labelling system
This machine is designed to accurately apply labels on bare PCB’s or on tape of components. Our system uses an X-Y table to position the PCB under an applicatorhaed capable of placing it under desired angle.
The inverter uses two belts to hold the PCB while it flips it gently upside down creating the possibility to process the PCB at both sides without manual handling.
