Scan station
Intergrates the ‘Adomo’ (Advanced Optical Module) system. This systems enables the inspection of large areas with high resolution and short cycle times using stepper controlled mirror heads within the ‘Adomo’ module. One application for this is PCB scanning for multipurpose position 1D/2D trecability markings.
Automatic labelling system
This machine is designed to accurately apply labels on bare PCB’s or on tape of components. Our system uses an X-Y table to position the PCB under an applicatorhaed capable of placing it under desired angle.
The solder outfeed conveyor guarantees a smooth transfer of PCB’s from the wave soldering machine output to the downstream machine. The PCB’s are transported by a metal pin chain conveyor.
